In this role you will:

  • Work closely with our clients and their pets
  • Provide patients with exceptional patient care
  • Assist veterinarians in providing complete care for pets including patient health, emergency, and critical care
  • Provide clients with patient care education
  • Work with an outstanding team of Technicians

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Have a commitment to excellent client service
  • Possess strong organizational skills
  • Have a strong working knowledge of critical care and emergency procedures.

Requirements:

  • Veterinary Technician certification preferred but not necessary
  • 2 years’ experience working in an emergency care veterinary practice
  • Weekends, holidays, and evenings may be required

With a focus on providing exceptional care to both our patients and their owners, FVRC is a state-of-the-art specialty referral and 24-hour emergency hospital located just minutes away from white sandy beaches in beautiful Southwest Florida.  FVRC is fully equipped to support our team of specialty and emergency doctors.  The ER Doctors’ schedules are on a rotation that includes day and swing shifts.  The facility includes an intensive and critical care unit, two surgical suites, digital radiology and ultrasonography, laparoscopy, and video endoscopy, on-site MRI as well as off-site CT and high field MRI. Board-certified and residency trained doctors to provide specialty care in the areas of Surgery, Radiology, Internal Medicine, Oncology, and Critical Care.
